Case report

A lady in her 70’s was diagnosed Spinal Stenosis by Neurologist three month ago and she was prescribed a pain killer. The doctor also suggested visiting Connect Chiropractic to see Dr. Kosuke.

When Dr. K saw her, she had numbness on her left leg from the front side and through the outside of the knee to the tip of the big toe. When Dr. K checked her spine, 5th Lumbar was subluxated.

Dr. K adjusted her 5^th Lumbar using COX Technique which is specialized for Spinal Stenosis and Herniated disk. This technique focuses on the movement of the intervertebral disc and nucleus by flexing and extending it regulates the internal pressure between the vertebrae which works to return to the nucleus to the correct position. It is significantly effective against “Vertebral Canal Stenosis” and “Lumbar Disc Herniation.”

The COX Technique is performed on the “Flexion Distraction” table; of which there are only about 100 units of this table in Japan.
